Masks are no longer required for fully vaccinated individuals per the PA State Licensing Board of Cosmetology.
If you would prefer to schedule an appointment when there are less staff members and clients here, please let the receptionist know when scheduling.
We are able to be at full capacity.
Walk-Ins are WELCOME! (If there is an appointment available. We still suggest calling and checking availability)
On top of our usual cleaning and State Board cleaning and sanitizing we are still taken these additional steps:
Protective barrier at the front reception desk.
Cleaning and sanitizing of high touch surfaces multiple times through the day.
Dividers have been installed and remain in place in certain areas.

Payments:
We accept cash, check, credit card, debit card, and Hairtique and More LLC Gift cards & online gift certificates.
Check Return:
For every check that is returned, there will be a $26 dollar fee added on to the total of the service/retail that must be paid in full by cash or money order within 7 days in order to avoid further action.
Pricing:
Pricing is based on a level system. Stylists have the opportunity to grow by hitting their goals and do continuing education in order to get to the next level. Prices will not be quoted over the phone or online, only a starting at price. The receptionist is unable to give you a quote; a stylist must see you in person for a more accurate price. All prices are subject to change.
Gift Card Policy:
To redeem a gift card or online gift certificate, the gift card or online gift certificate MUST be present at time of sale in order to be redeemed. If you have forgotten your gift card or certificate, you must pay for the service(s) in full. You may be refunded your money if you bring in the gift card or certificate to the salon within 7 days of the service date.
*Gift Certificates never expire, are nonrefundable, are not redeemable for cash, do not include gratuity, and packages will revert to the monetary value after 6 months from purchase date.
Reward Cards:
Reward cards must be present at the time of sale in order to be redeemed. If you have forgotten your card, you must pay for your service and use your reward on your next visit. They must be used in consecutive months in order to be valid.
*Valid 1 per person, may not be combined with another discount, non transferable.
Deposit:
A deposit or valid card number may be asked to keep securely on file to reserve your appointment(s) based on the service, time of service, and for groups.
Cancelation/No Show:
If you cancel or no show your appointment(s) within 48 hours of your reserved time slot, 3 times within 6 months, you will be asked to put a valid credit card number on file to reserve you next appointment. Hairtique and More LLC will charge 50% of your service if you cancel or no show within 24 hours to compensate the stylist for their time reserved with you. If you no show your appointment after confirming via text or email, you will be charged full price of your service. If you cancel within 24 hours or no show your online booked appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service.
Late Arrival:
If you are late to your appointment(s), we may need to modify your service(s) or need to reschedule based on the service(s) you are receiving and the service providers schedule.
Retail Guarantee:
Your take home haircare and hairstyling products are highly recommended and picked for your individual needs by your stylist. All retail purchases may be exchanged within 2 weeks from purchase date. Returned product will be valued at the purchase price and go towards your replacement item. If you need any recommendations, please ask your stylist. (This does not include manufacture issues, ie: hairspray nozzle clogged)
Service Guarantee:
Our goal is to do our best and make everyone look and feel their best every appointment. All services are nonrefundable. If you are unhappy with your service, we would like to make things right at no additional charge, if you let us know within 7 days of your service date. The rescheduled appointment will be made with the original service provider. If you would prefer a different service provider at any time, please make sure you let the receptionist know, and we will do our best accommodate you.
